Website update!

Hi there !I'm happy to announce that you can now create an account on this website.
You can't do anything right now with, but I'll add a comments section under my post soon.
I've added
- A menu to navigate between different pages.
- An about page to say something about me.
- A 404 page.
- A generation page seconds counter (usefull for debug)
When the website will be mature enought to share the source code, I'll create a github repo.
